Spacious room, comfy beds and nice decor throughout. Staff were friendly but breakfast service could have been better. Food wasn’t replenished as they went out. Better management and preparation when it’s busy perhaps. Couldn’t fault staff, they worked hard

Hello all the staff very helpfull & obliging especially Kal, however a little streched during dinner time because Hotel totally full because of the CC Show. Rooms very comfortable however I think in the bathroom, hair shampoo from dispensers like the soap & tissues.

Close to M6 motorway

Was traveling from London to Manchester needed to visit relatives in Birmingham also this hotel was in an excellent location close to motorway at halfway point and close to my relatives. So for me excellent but hotel breakfast and staff were good also.

1 night before the flight

Pros: Nearby the airport, clean and fast in and out. Desk-personell well informed and efficient.
Cons: Shower hose not well connected, so lost " rainpower" to shower.
Location: A-location to get your plain early in the morning.
It was possible to arrive late. Location indeed very nearby Birmingham int Airport. Friendly personnel and where able to get a cab in a jiffy at 05.45 h a.m. Perfect. Breakfast included and everything was there to take.Perfect.
