Didnt make it to the hotel! Local road works (not the hotels fault) meant we were unable to get to the hotel. 2 phone calls to the hotel staff and they were unable to help us work out an alterbatove route. We managed to get close (2 miles) but they were also unwilling to send someone to meet us (we had been trying to get there for over an hour at this point). Terrible service from what i understood to be a high class hotel.

Nice Hotel

Stayed here a few times now and on each occasion found the room cold when we first entered. Breakfast was ok, really busy though and the buffet food hadn't been topped up had to wait a while for this to be done, think they need to put on more staff when it's busy.

Great hotel, easy to get to and lovely staff!

Was a great hotel the staff was lovely, only a couple of things that bugged me and may put your rating upto excellentif changed! 1. There was hair in the bath when I went to use it. Not good. 2.At breakfast there was a hair in the mushroom in the serving dishes and you could do with meat in the sausages. 3.And one cleaner knock on my door a 9.30 to clean the room I think she should check if people have checked out first. Hope this helps and I still had a good time thanku!

Lovely hotel

Pros: I loved the spacious comfortable rooms. The beds are very comfortable
Cons: could do with a bit of a update
Location: Location just off motorway, ideal for business and personal trips
Lovely hotel with the most comfortable beds, spacious rooms and clean
