Good location for eating out and bars.

Ground floor very modern, corridors a touch drab but rooms are well appointed. Excellent breakfast. Good gym facilities but lacking a pool.

Good hotel close to the main bars and restaurants

Really nice hotel and location for a weekend in the city. It's great that the hotel has an underground car park and takes dogs for £10 a night. Rooms not as modern as some other Novotel, but clean and comfortable.

Perfect Location

Novotel Birmingham on Broad Street was ideal as it is walking distance from the ICC. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing.

A sound short stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception, dining and bar area are very nice but I didn't think the decore of the room we stayed in, especially the bathroom was of 4* quality. Disappointingly, the car pack charge is £14 a night, which is more than we'd paid when we stayed in a London hotel and a hotel across the road on Broad Street. Fortunately, our charge was waived because we were mis-quoted the charge. The location of the hotel is very good as we had planned to eat locally as there are tour lots of good quality restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Most of the bars on Broad Street are aimed at under 25's but there are better bars off the beaten track for the discerning drinker. Generally, as sound few days stay.
