The hotel is a little bit older looking and might need some TLC but the room was adequate and clean. We forgot some items in the room and only realised two days later and the staff still kept it for us to collect - Great service and much appreciated. Thank you!

Nice from outside terrible inside

Dirty room taps very tight cold water will not open,Asked for a iron was told we do not have any irons. Drains are blocked.Asked if manager is available was told he will be back next week Very bad experience please avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful night

Needs a little tlc but did the job

Cons: No mention of wifi and by the time we realised, we were settled so couldn't be bothered to ask the staff. Needs an update for décor and bathroom.
The room was fine, suited our needs. The tv was in a fixed position, which wasn't great but caused minimal issue. The staff were nice but didn't offer checkout time or wifi code up front.

A trip with my girlfriend

Cheap hotel so no wonder that it could use a renovation. Our room was old but at least clean. Good point that it is close to the Zoo and the Black Country Living Museum.
