Hi sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We would like to know who was racist towards you the radiator all work fine maybe if you had of asked one of the team then they would have checked it for you as some times people find it hard to turn the switch on i don't believe you where booked in as a family and how many brothels have you stayed in as i personally have not been in one so i couldn't comment on that i can only assume you where the guy who was coming from Bradford and had cold feet maybe the heater in you car was also broken again i don't know so i am only asking the question ?
