We are so sorry to read your feedback regarding your stay at The Limes. I am disappointed you felt the room did not live up to your expectations from the grounds of the property. I am afraid we do not have air conditioning, however, we can certainly provide a fan at reception and from housekeeping. We are currently having upgrades on the hotel carpets. If you would give us the opportunity to return to the hotel I can ensure you are in a new superior room and restore your faith in The Limes. I am sorry the hotel was busy during your stay, we have continued to house key workers and essential staff throughout Covid 19 and are now also open to the public and proving popular for lesiure guests. I can assure you, we are following all government guidance and ensuring our guests are safe and comfortable. I will however ensure your feedback is passed to our staff to ensure busy times are controlled. We do hope we can welcome you back for a more pleasurable stay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We do offer a late check out if required. Unfortunately our breakfast is only served until 9:30, we are pleased you were able to source and alternative. We do not compete with Wetherspoons in regards to quality or value
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. You'll find a business centre on site. Event space at this guest house measures 1076 square feet (100 square metres) and includes conference centres. A terrace, tour or ticket assistance, and a BBQ are also featured at the business-friendly The Limes Country Lodge Hotel. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of The Limes Country Lodge Hotel was completed in October 2019. This Tudor Solihull guest house is smoke free.
