Thank you very much for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you had problems with the shower and your heating. I have passed your comments to the maintenance team, to make sure it's all fixed. Regarding the room service, housekeeping refresh the rooms every day, unless guests have 'Do Not Disturb' card left on the door, in that case they are not allowed to walk in to the room, I have already spoken to the housekeeping manager to make sure that the rooms are serviced on regular bases. We have a bar at the hotel that opens from 5 pm onward. During the day we have Laura Ashley Tea Room open, where we serve drinks and light bites. I'm very sorry to hear that our hotel didn't meet your expectations.Hopefully you will give us another chance and stay in our hotel again.
