Perfectly adequate for the price. A few maintenance issues during our stay (lift out of order and water leak) but didn't really affect us as we only stayed 2 nights an were out most of the time.

Nice hotel. Well prepared room. Easy check in

Noisy over night lots of noise. Warm room. No way of cooling it down. Overall really good. Let down by spa experience though

Very upset

I stayed at this hotel, and after a few hours someone walked into my room, the hotel staff issued the same key to someone else too. I still have not received nothing except apology and they advised next time u stay you will receive free breakfast !!! This is not acceptable and I am still fighting this case for a refund.

Nice hotel in convenient location

Location: Cinema and restaurants just 5 mins walk away and Starbucks in the hotel.
Big clean rooms with bar and restaurant downstairs. Comfortable beds but I found the WiFi connection to be bit in the slow side. Where my room was (1st floor), I can hear the band playing at the bar clearly which was distracting and no one chance of early night if I wanted to.

Nelly the elephant

Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating
Cons: Keep all noisy buggers at one end together!!!! or better still on ground floor
Location: Dudley zoo, Black country working museum, Mad O'roukes pie factory in Tipton. Pies are scrum & if u fancy a challenge try Desperate Dans pie challenge
Overall our stay was pleasant and very convenient to visit Dudley zoo and black country working museum. Staff were only always too happy to help, whether it was finding your way around, reception or at breakfast. Unfortunately our single mattresses which they zip together to make a king size bed were different levels so not the most comfortable. The worst bit of our stay is we had what I can only describe as Nellie the elephant staying above us. Jesus Christ the constant stomping backwards and forwards went on till early hours Sun am until I grabbed a shoe and banged on our ceiling. Enough was enough as it was the night previous and rude awakening Saturday morning. Not really too sure how Village could get around this really. Guess we were the unlucky ones.
