Had to move rooms twice in a 3 night stay . On the first occasion because of a noxious smell in room 317 which had disabled facilities ( and no one in the party was disabled ) and again on the final day we were informed we had to move out of room 205. The new room was not available so we had to take all our belongings to the car outside in the car park . As we had made arrangements to be with friends at 1130 am we did not have access to our room until 22-00 hrs. The good news was we were upgraded to a club room which has slightly enhanced facilities to a standard room

Poor room. Very noisey due to function being held and although booked and pre paid for the room and emailed to advise late check in they let our room go and was told lucky one toom left which was a disabled room that smelt of musty smoke .

Stayed just for one night after attending an event at The Genting Arena. very pleasant stay, rooms were warm and well equipped with comfortable beds and we had a decent breakfast in the restaurant before we left.
