Disappointing. For the price compared to other budget hotels in the area I would’ve expected a lot more for my money. Room was dingy. No toiletries apart from a small bar of soap. Bathroom was disgusting with unclean toilet and an awkwardly placed shower pointing into the corner of the bath. The walls were paper thin and we could hear other families shouting and screaming all night. All additional facilities had to be paid for separately, not that we got to use the pool. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed and it would open the following day at 9am. We went down there promptly the next morning only to be told they were fully booked up with no one having told us we even needed to book in the first place. Overall a very disappointing stay especially knowing I could’ve booked elsewhere for half the price for basically the same experience.

room 407 round the back over the kitchens , woke at 6 with bins rattling, staff shouting, deliveries. room tired, the bed my ironing board has more give than the mattresses!

Lovely building, location and parking but maintenence level needs improving. Very comfortable pillows but mattress needs replacing as they are not very comfortable.

Nice comfy bed, the room wasnt very clean, as there were smear marks on the bathroom wall and no bin in the bedroom.

The price for the accommodation was reasonable. Room very nice, great shower. Bed felt like we were on a slope. £9.20 for a GLASS OF WINE Extortionate. Think there should be free parking.
