We weren't put in the hotel i booked up for and also i took my mum and dad with us who are pensioners and we were put up on the top floor i booked up for the north side and we got put down the south side very disappointed
I can't actually give a true representation of the property as on the day we were due to arrive we had a phone call to say they couldn't accommodate us. We were offered an "upgrade". The new hotel was actually cheaper than what we had requested. I've not seen a refund as yet. The door to the room didn't shut properly. The cleanliness was incredibly poor. The man who checked us in was fantastic, cannot fault him at all. Oyo as a company gave us a very bad experience and blamed Expedia for the fact we couldn't have the original property.
Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Great value for money.
We had no hot water in our room. I am waiting for a phone call to discuss a refund of some sort
