A real find

Lovely place, very nice couple, easy convenient parking and location and absolutely cracking breakfast.

Good B&B for overnight stay with parking

Pros: Good value for money. Good breakfast, with choice of fruits, etc.
Cons: Not a lot really for the price. The only thing I would say, is the tea and coffee where not great. Some filter coffee with breakfast would be good.
Location: Close to Blackpool within 30 mins stroll of the tower. Very Good Italian restaurant nearby within 15-20 mins walk, worth a visit, very good food.
Overall good value for the price. Room was a bit small but what we expected for £50 per night including breakfast.
