I can only assume that you are the gentleman that attempted to check-in several hours before we open for check-in. Se state clearly on our policy that we cannot start check in before 3pm as it does not give our housekeepers time to clean and re-inspect rooms arriving that day. We opened for check in that day at 14:55.
