Exaggerated property - better around

Pros: The location. It used to be chic some years ago...
Cons: Attitude of superiority and carelessness, which is not something one should practice in hospitality
Location: Good next to many restaurants
Worst thing in hospitality business is when the customer is bluntly lied at in order not to provide the service or courtesy kindly asked for...from that moment on the customer feels like a mean to earn money and not as someone who should enjoy the hospitality. Sad attitude. That’s how my stay at The Click Clack hotel statrted -with treatment opposite of “VIP” which ebookers promises to its Platinum customers....rest is barely relevant. Look for another great place around - they are plenty

Ein optimales Hotel für Stadtbesuche und Kurzaufenthalte! Sehr gut gelegen, freundliches Personal, coole Rooftop-Bar und originell eingerichtet. Lärmtechnisch und in Sachen Isolation wie die meisten Häuser für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftig... Keine Heizung und man hört fast alles im Gang und Nachbarzimmern.
