Vielen Dank für die Bewertung, gerne möchten wir auf einige Punkte eingehen. Unser Vitality Spa ist nicht durchgehend, sondern nur zu den Behandlungszeiten besetzt. Jedoch wird der Bereich regelmäßig geprüft und sollte etwas zu bemängeln sein, füllen wir z. B. fehlende Handtücher bei entsprechender Information gerne auf. Ebenso weisen wir internationale Gäste auf die Spa Regeln hin, es steht uns jedoch auf Grund von Ethnie nicht zu Nutzung mit Textilien zu untersagen. Wir freuen uns immer über Anregungen, wie unser Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden kann und freuen uns über eine anregende Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank im voraus.
