After trying to contact them for several times.. No answer at all. Better not booking there if you need a place too sleep.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. I booked an ocean view room with Expedia.. The Expedia listing is a misrepresentation. The room did not have an ocean view. I transferred to another room that had the view and was charged in full with the assurance that they will refund the Expedia costs. They never refunded and did not instruct Expedia to refund. They still owe me money. They also sweep the garbage on the beach onto the ocean and let them float away to wash ashore elsewhere. Disgusting and filthy. The rooms tiny and are worth $15/night at most. Not worth what they are charging. Stay away.

We booked the hotel at last minute as we couldn’t reach Boracay due to typhoon. The owners were very helpfull for all the stranded guests. Even though the hotel suffered a lot in the typhoon and their staff was not able to report for work, their priority was the comfort of their guests. As all communications were down and no way to access ATMs several guests couldn’t pay their bill. The owner were very understanding and trusted the guests to pay them later. Great people. I recommend the hotel if you want a few quite days facing the sea.

    Bad experience with hotels.com

Unfortunately we don't know how the rooms are. Upon arrival at the A Touch of Boracay Spa and Hotel, on Dec. 3. 2019, there was a typhoon hitting the Philippines. The previous guests of the hotel, couldn't leave the place. So, the management was not able to accommodate us, and they sent us away, even though the room was already paid off with my credit card. So we had to leave and find another hotel by ourselves in the midst of storm. We wrote to hotels.com customer support explaining the case to Mrs. Anj G. and Mr. Matt M. They promised at first to help us and to get the money back, but they never did. After two or more emails, they refused further communication. They didn't answer our emails anymore and they didn't call back either. They didn't send the money back. Obviously hotels.com is denying the reimbursement.
