Amazing stay at Henann Lagoon resort! Although it’s on the main road, it’s only 5 minutes away to d’mall! Hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly. Big shout out to Kuya Alvin Dalida (pool attendant/pool department) for always ensuring we have new towels every day and for his amazing customer service! Always greeting us every morning as we always see him cleaning the pool every morning. So BIG BIG BIG thumbs up to kuya Alvin Dalida! The only thing I would say is the wifi, I could not connect to the wifi and even if I did connect to it, it’s very slow (from our room 116), but everywhere else the wifi is great. Please sort that out, I had to use my mobile data through the whole week which was much faster than the hotel’s wifi. Another thing is the lighting in the room, I found that it’s very dim and dark even if the lights are on & please tell the housekeeping team to clean properly, as when we checked in our room was dusty and still found rubbish around. The room needs more bright light. Other than that, the room felt very “home-y” and comfortable. See you next year for my birthday! Will miss Henann Lagoon!
