Hôtel horrible

Hôtel à ne pas aller, deux lits rapprochés, matelas très inconfortables, pas de luminosité, lugubre, personnel là pour être là et le pire c'est l'emplacement : sirène police et pompiers toute la nuit, cris dans les rues, deals en tous genres dehors, malfamé, nous avons eu peur de rentrer le soir. Bonjour Madame, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous donner votre avis sur l'hotel. Notre hotel termine debut juin la refection de ses vingt chambres, faite dans une style moderne mais qui s'integre parfaitement dans notre edifice historique. la luminosite de la chambre, du lit et du bureau sera assure par des dispositif independants. Notre equipe est particulierement motive par la dynamique de refection, le nouveau management en place et le plan de croissance de la relation client. Elle ne vous a cependant pas donne entiere satisfaction et nous ne manquerons pas de debriefer en equipe sur votre sejour. Pour ce qui est de l'environnement exterieur et du quartier de la gare a Bordeaux, c'est en effet un quartier anime avec 3 grosse brasseries avec terasses plusieurs hotel 3 et 4 etoiles et une zone pietone animmee. Peut-etre avez-vous fait face a un evenement exceptionel ce jour-la. Nous avons en tous cas une reception 24/24 qui s'occupe de la tranquilite de nos hotes.
