Wir wählten das Hotel für eine kleine Wochenend-Auszeit in den schönen Dolomiten. Insgesamt waren wir hier sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr vielfältig und lecker zubereitet. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut, jedoch sollte man bedenken, dass der nächste Skilift ca. 50 Minuten entfernt ist. Da wir nur einmal Ski fahren wollten, war das für uns in Ordnung. Der Hotelier spricht deutsch und ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch das Service-Personal war stets freundlich, wobei ich gerne die Spa-Damen besonders lobend hervorheben möchte. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr großzügig und vielseitig gestaltet und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Für ein 3-Sterne Hotel war dieser wirklich ausgesprochen schön. Jedoch gab es hier einige Punkte, die wir als verbesserungswürdig ansehen. 1. Leider ist der Spa nicht ganztägig geöffnet. Er öffnet erst 9:30 und schließt bereits 19:30. Zudem wird er von 12 bis 14 Uhr erneut geschlossen, was uns gestört hat. Durch diese begrenzten Öffnungszeiten staut es sich ab Nachmittags sehr und es wird recht schwierig eine Liege im Pool und Wellness-Bereich zu ergattern. Zudem fanden wir es schade, dass man abends nach dem Abendessen nicht mehr die Möglichkeit hatte das Spa zu besuchen. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig, gut beheizt und schön gestaltet. Kinder sind hier fast den ganzen Tag erlaubt, weswegen es recht laut werden kann. Leider muss man im Pool eine Badekappe tragen, es wäre schön wenn das vorher bekannt wäre.
