Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden. Das Personal empfanden wir teilweise als unfreundlich/ gab uns falsche Informationen (waren am St. Patrick's Day da und wir erhielten auf Anfrage die Auskunft, dass "unweit" vom Hotel [ca. 45 Min. Entfernung mit dem ÖV] ein Umzug stattfinden würde. Jedoch fand dieser gemäss eigenen Recherchen an einem ganz anderen Tag statt). Auch wurden uns pro Tag zusätzliche Kosten von 25$ auferlegt und dafür jeweils ein Gutschein zur Konsumation im Hotel ausgestellt. Zum Glück war das Essen im Hotel ganz Ok. Trozdem haben wir diese Information im Voraus nirgendwo lesen können/übersehen und fanden es etwas frech, da das Hotel an sich schon eher teuer war. Der Schlafbereich war eher klein, dafür hatte das Bad eine gute Grösse. Zuoberst gab es noch einen Aufenthaltsraum mit wunderbarer Sicht über die eine Hälfte der Stadt. Den Drink musste man aber von der Bar unten mitnehmen, da es oben keine Bedienung gab.
