Hi Andy, I was really disappointed to read your experience during your stay with us & my sincere apologise as this is not acceptable.This kind of service at our Guest house is not the service we are known for.We do encourage our guests to speak directly with management if they found anything which is not acceptable so the immediate actions can be taken. I hope you do give us one more chance & i am sure you won't be disappointed.
