Room was not hoovered! We found nails and hairs on carpet after check in. Mould and hairs in shower and on floor. We asked room to be hoovered, returned after few hours and it wasn’t done. Were were told that Housekeeping Manager checked room and coment that carpet needs to be changed. Duty manager didn’t offer any solution to solve the problem. He said hotel is fully booked. We had to go back to London at night time. Horrible experience!!!

Nice average priced hotel. Had an adjoining room, not so nice could hear the room next door, and something I didn’t want to hear whilst staying with my 18 year old daughter!!!!

This lovely hotel, built recently, is situated in the heart of Bournemouth, close to the beach and a new Odeon Cinema complex, with several well-known chain Restaurants. It is also very close to the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre) , Winter Gardens, Shops and Central Bus Stops. A very nice Buffet Breakfast, including a full English if wished, was included in the room price. Although the hotel is placed in the centre of Bournemouth, I didn't notice any traffic noise when in the room. We were going to a Cliff Richard Concert at the BIC but stayed two nights so that we could spend time in Bournemouth as it is a favourite haunt! This is by far the best hotel, location wise, that we've stayed in and was good value for money, having booked quite a while ahead. On-site overnight parking is extra, currently £11.00 per night, registered and paid via hotel Reception. It was worth it as you are able to take your car out/in as many times as you want with no tickets/passes to worry about but we simply left the car and walked or used buses as there is a very good service to local towns. We shall definitely book to stay at the Hampton again.

Very comfortable stay with a excellent breakfast,the only down side was a sharpe hill to access the hotel but it kept us fit!

Great hotel in good location

Hotel is situated just at the back of it's mother Hotel, Hilton. It is up a bit of an incline so the very unfit may find the walk up a bit trying. It is about 5-7 minute walk down to the town and pier so hotel not right in the middle of noise and activity. Hotel is modern with simple decor and comfy bed. Our room also contained a sofa bed. Lovely bathroom with great shower (no bath). Staff all very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast above average with good choices both hot and cold. Parking available at a cost.
