This is my name residence when visiting Bournemouth, the location is perfect - you are in the centre for everything … and with it being a Hilton the standard of service is exceptional - they really make you feel welcomed and special.

I stay at the Hilton every year and have never been disappointed I arrived on the 5thsept to stay one night where I paid £280 to stay here. I got into my room and there has been mess left down the toilet, Food all thrown up the door and walls , stains all over the carpet and curtains smoke burns around the smoke detector. When then went down to the pool which was freezing cold and it has never been like that this has ruined my anniversary night and experience at the Hilton

I am so disappointed to see your comments and I send my apologies for the maintenance and cleanliness issues you have found in your room. This is far from our normal standard and we have looked into this with our Housekeeping management team. We do have policies in place as part of Hilton since the pandemic as cleanliness is a main priority for us so I am so sorry this was not your experience on your stay. We do always appreciate your comments to ensure we can look into this and ensure it is never repeated. We hope we can welcome you back to the Hotel to be able to demonstrate our normal standards. Check in was slow. No acknowledgement as waited patiently and when our turn the lady at reception did not even look up and spent several minutes on the phone ignoring us. TV in room did not work and unable to get through to reception to report. Ironing board and iron dirty. Good sized room and views from the 6th floor. Windows do not open.

Since re-opening we have had to inform our guests of all our practices and procedures and also have had slightly longer wait times to ensure the cleanliness of the bedrooms. We have now improved this to ensure our guests are not left waiting. W appreciate your feedback on the TV and ironing board so we can rectify this. The best decor in hotel i every came across. Staff professional but not pretentious. Delicious breakfast. Lovely pool. Perfect location. The only minus is really slow internet and lack of ashtray outside.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel with seaside themed decor at every turn. The rooms are spacious wiry nice comfy beds. We had to change rooms because of an electrical fault but the staff sorted it out quickly and efficiently. This is a Very comfortable and stylish hotel close to everythinh on offer in Bournemouth. Breakfast was yummy and the pool was fab. A great place for a little trip to Bournemouth and i will definitely stay here again if im ever back in town .
