Terrible smell in the bedroom and had to leave our window open for the whole stay, bedsheets were stained with what looked like faeces. Breakfast was not worth the money.

Overnight stay with my friend - hotel and staff were perfect for what I needed. Price was also reasonable My only slight issue was the breakfast, it was exactly the same options and quality as I normally get for free when staying in a holiday inn express but I got charged £10

Okay hotel

Incredibly noisy rude customers woke everyone on my floor up at 6am and proceeded to stink the floor out with weed. Still there in the morning. Didn't have them removed or call the police and then were rude to staff and customers at breakfast and still weren't asked to leave.

Close to town, yet peaceful location.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Great location, it's Bournemouth what's not to like?
Good location, close to a great variation of restaurants on the way into the town centre.

Very good location

Cons: Serving dinner should not take one hour. I would suggest to set the room service which is currently unavailable.
It's a second time we stopped there for a couple of nights. The hotel location is brilliant, walking distance to the beach, shops and train station. Free parking. Good breakfast. WiFi works.

Reasonably priced good location and clean.

No issues other than the bed being a little uncomfortable for my personal liking. Breakfast buffet reverts to breakfast to order too early.
