General outdated rooms. Paper pushed down windows to stop draught. No kettle etc. In room. No taps on bath. Hotel needs some money spent on it

Both nights we have been rudely woken up, the 1st night at 2am, I had to bang on a door as they were making such a loud noise, then the next night, were rudely woken up by the smoke alarm, at 5am, and again at 6am when we're both asleep, it goes off again. I try to call reception but they only have a.premium rate number, so I have no choice to walk the mile to reception, only to be greeted by a pile of sick on the floor, and our window has blown pretty badly so we cant even see the view from our room. Reception staff dont qant to know either. I'm so disappointed in this hotel!
