Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback and your comments are noted. I apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the room service breakfast. We do deliver breakfast in bed, but it is only continental breakfast not hot food, full English breakfast. Our reception is open 24h and our night porter is on duty after 10.30pm until 7am. When he does the regular security round check through the hotel, our main reception door is locked to avoid anybody just walking in. There is a bell outside for guests to ring. We are sorry if the Jacuzzi bath was not up to your expectation and note your comments regarding the refurbishment. We have recently refurbished our 1812 bar and the bedrooms are going to be done next.
