Good location to town and beach.. 2 mins walk to town and about 10 mins stroll to the beach. Over all the hotel is nice clean with basic amenities and rooms are decent size. The hotel could do with a revamp but considering the financial strain on travel industry, can not complain much. The reception staff could do with being a little more friendlier with a smile. The breakfast area was small but ample although short-staffed as poor Asian girl was running back and forth trying to cater to everyone as the other staff member felt like a trainee.hotel management, Please offer her extra support if not a pay rise for her hard work. Overall a decent hotel and enjoyed our stay

Nice hotel with character, ideally located

Nice hotel ideally located in centre of town, close to beach and all amenities, yet still quiet and peaceful. Very clean and helpful staff. Would stay again

Hotel close to town centre

Great location for town centre access, clean hotel, helpful staff, although some areas of the hotel need updating as signs of age. Car Park charge is a little steep considering you are a resident. Overall great stay

Swiming pool

Pros: very good location
Cons: The cleanliness of the steam room
The swimming pool isn't really designed for winter use. Both the water and room where very cold, but would imagine it would be a lovely setting in the summer.

Excellent location near"The Square", the ocean and bars and restaraunts. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the steam bath , pool and jacuzzi.

Surprise night away

Due to come to Bournemouth to visit family. Decided to look for cheap hotel. Really pleased when this hotel came up. Close to shops and beach. Although it was the mini double room it was great for what we needed. Will definitely recommend it and stay here again.
