The net curtain in the bedroom window was so old it was literally falling apart. Our room was small so cat swinging was not an option. Even though on check in the receptionist said she had upgraded us to a better room. Goodness knows how big the standard room would have been. Othe4 wise comfortable bed, warm and convenient for our needs

The room itself was good. Decent size for 2 adults and 2 kids however the bathroom was not in good shape. Loose tiles on the floor, shower head would not stay in place making showering almost impossible, and no form of heating in the bathroom which was very cold. Breakfast at the hotel was great.

The Location of the Hilton was good for our needs. The staff where pleasant and helpful and the rooms where clean. And the prices where reasonable. However the Hilton Bracknell is let down by its most important feature. The most uncomfortable of beds. We had two rooms and both rooms had beds that where more akin to sleeping on rocks than mattress. As surely a hotel such as the Hilton Bracknell's main aim is selling a good nights sleep, the beds should be of paramount importance. Sadly the discomfort of the beds means we are only able to award unsatisfactory for our stay.

Stayed here on 29/06/2019 for 1 night, booked and paid for via ebookers. Upon arrival, reception had our reservation and a credit card was taken as a guarantee. Upon checking my credit card statement, I noticed that Hilton Bracknell charged me for the full room rate without my knowledge! It has taken in excess of 1 month, and over 15 phone calls to get my money back. Forget requesting to speak to a manager. I have asked and left my details with Guest Relations 8 times yet no one bothers to call back. I am currently on hold for over 30 minutes to speak to a manager. They do not seem to care one bit. Very shocking for a Hilton hotel.

Very young children in the jacuzzi. No member of staff there. So noisy. I chose the Hilton because of the pool, yet couldnt enjoy it till after 8pm

The pool in the hotel is unattended and we require that each child under the age of 16 be supervised by a parent. What is more, we operate an adult swimming late throughout the day to ensure our guests can use the pool. We had a very good stay at this hotel. Marco kindly gave us an upgraded room as our booked room wasn’t available when we arrived. The room was large, well furnished and had a very comfortable super king size bed. There was also a very large screen tv. It was a quiet room with little noise from outside.

Spartan, poor showers and fire alarms don't mix.

Booked the Hilton over other hotels thinking I would really appreciate it after the Spartan race. Stayed two nights. House keeping hadn't been in. Bed wasn't made when we got back etc. The shower was beyond poor. The bit of water coming out was hot but not what you would expect from booking a Hilton. Uncomfortable bed but that is pretty subjective. Some people like rock hard beds. And to top it of a blast on the fire alarm pre 8am. Just enough for you to realise what was going on get up to find shoes and then it was off. Followed by another longer burst just before 10am Couldn't get out fast enough I'm afraid.

What we have come to expect for a Hilton

Pros: The facilities and the excellent staff
Cons: Just keep up the standared
Location: Bracknell, 11 miles from Windsor and 5 miles to Lego Land and just a bit further to Ascot.
Great Hotel central to all the things that we required
