Der Empfang war unbeteiligt kühl. Der Service im Restaurant : freundlich und gut. Speisen wenig abwechslungsreich und nicht sehr schmackhaft. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist ausreichend (Bad/Dusche müssten renoviert werden. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Alles top, beste Erholung, schöne Zimmer, gepflegte Anlage in der Natur, hervorragendes Restaurant, Badehalle und Wellness super, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Das hotel war einfach spitze.

Viel mehr kann man dazu nicht sagen. Das hotel ist für den preis gut ausgestattet. Und der service leute.. der service von den Hotelangestellten, einfach hervorragend. Die Angestellten sind freundlich,schnell in ihrer arbeit z.b. Gastronomie und so etwas von umsichtig. So etwas habe ich bisher selten gesehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Komfortables Hotel in guter Lage

Pros: Sauna- und Schwimmbereich.
Cons: ggf. mehr Angebote für Kinder, z.B. im Schwimmbereich?
Location: Direkt unterhalb des Wurmberges. Seilbahnfahrt, Wanderungen, Einkehr in Gasthäuser.
Schön ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Das Hotel liegt glücklicherweise nicht an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, sondern etwas abseits gelegen. Sehr ruhig. Besonders toll ist der Sauna- und Schwimmbereich. Auch das Frühstück und Abendessen (nach Karte oder Buffet) sind nicht zu beanstanden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Befriedigende Preis-Leistung!

Pros: Ambiente im Hotel, Communitybereich mit Bar, Frühstücksangebot, Gartenbereich
Cons: Matratzen erneuern, Mehr Sauberkeit im Bad
Location: Es befindet sich am Rand von Braunlage, zur Seilbahn sind es ca. 400m, zum Zentrum ca.850m, sehr gut zum Fahren von Offroad-Mountenbikes u.ä.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen mit Nähe zum Wald, nicht direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße aber auch nicht allzu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Wurmbergseilbahn. Das Hotelangebot vom Wäscheservice bis zum Wellnessangebot ist sehr umfangreich. Das Personal gibt sich sehr viel Mühe freundlich und nett zu sein. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen. Ich habe darauf nicht sehr gut geschlafen. Das Wasser im Bad schwankt stark zwischen warm und kalt. Auch beim Duschen. Das Bad roch sehr stark nach Urin. Das liegt wohl daran, dass alles mit einer Plörre aus dem selben Eimer gereinigt wird. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Unterkünften ist das relexa-Hotel Harz-Wald moderner (Flachbild, Möbelar,...) ausgetstattet. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut und der Empfang ist 24h besetzt. Deswegen würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel

Das Hotelteam war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr schön. Wir haben am Abend das Hotelrestaurant genutz und es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Speisen waren sehr gut und das Ambiente sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und das Hotel hat auch einige Angebote um diese zu nutzen wie z.B. Fahrrad und Rollerverleih, Wanderkarten und Vertragspartner für Ski-Verleih usw. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben schöne Tage in diesem Hotel vebracht und waren nicht zum letzten Mal in diesem Haus.

Das Hotel ist recht schön gelegen und ist vom Ambiente recht schön. Persönlich fand ich die Bettdecke sehr dünn und gewöhnungsbedürftig aber die Kissen sind echt zu einzig. Wenn man damit zurecht kommt gebe ich uneingeschränkt meine Empfehlung
