Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Ich war 2 Nächte dort. Ausgezeichnet empfand ich die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung, der aufmerksame und freundliche Service.Erste Klasse war das Bett/die Matratze, die Bettwäsche.Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde es bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bregenz sofort wieder wählen.

Das Zimmer war super für die paar Tage! Der Zimmerdienst, es geht! Am ersten Tag fehlten die Handtücher und die Seifenschale, am zweiten Tag wurde das 🚽 Papier nicht aufgefüllt! Da mussten dann die Kleenex missbraucht werden,am dritten Tag fehlten dann natürlich etliche Kleenex! Der Service an der Bar, naja, zu dritt und nicht bedienen, ganz schlecht!

Check-in check- out war eine Katasrophe. Frühstück war laut, zu wenig Platz. Hotel ist an und für sich schön.

Das Zimmer war viel zu warm, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht; Shampoo und Duschmittel wurden nicht aufgefüllt; obwohl alles neu, war das Bad unpraktisch eingerichtet; zuwenig Steckdosen in Bettnähe; Schweizer Fernsehen SRF1 und SRF2 war zwar gespeichert aber nicht sehbar

Grundsätzlich hätte uns das Hotel sehr gefallen. Es hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage und wunderschöne, neue Zimmer. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft total eingerüstet und auch im Innern beim Empfangsbereich und beim Esssaal war eine grosse Baustelle. Wir hätten erwartet, dass wir zumindest auf diesen Umbau hingewiesen worden wären, und dass man uns eine Preisredukton aufs Zimmer angeboten hätte. Denn es ist ja schon ausgergewöhnlich, dass am Morgen Bauarbeiter vor dem Fenster herumlaufen und man neben Baublachen eincheckt oder isst. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel wärstens empfehlen!
