Das Haus ist alt, erfüllt aber alle Anforderung an eine Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet. Die sanitäre Anlage war sauber wie auch das Zimmer. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Zimmer und Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen werden täglich zwischen 11.00 Uhr und 17.00 Uhr gründlich gereinigt. Wer "Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad" bucht, teilt Bad und Toilette mit anderen. Wen dies stört, sollte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad buchen.

Die Lage ist gut: zu Fuss ist das Festspielhaus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Eine Kommunikation via Telefon nur zwischen 17h und 19h macht es schwierig, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert.

einfache Unterkunft in Seebühnennähe

Pros: Fünf Fussminuten von der Seebühne entfernt
Cons: Allgemeinzustand des Hauses Der Preis ist bei allem guten Willen der Unterkunft nicht angemessen zu hoch.

Wenn man sich darauf einstellt, in einer sauberen aber sehr einfachen Unterkunft ohne Komfort, jedoch wenige Fussminuten von der Seebühne entfernt zu schlafen, dann ist diese Unterkunft genau das Richtige

Zentral unweit des Bahnhofs gelegen, freundlicher aber sehr ungepflegter Besitzer. Zimmer mit Geruch Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel, Fenster kann wegen nicht korrekt montierten Jalousien nur mit abenteuerlichen Hinaufsteigen auf den Fensterrahmen geöffnet und geschlossen werden.

Festspiele ja - hotel nein

Für eine nacht nach den festspielen gehts, sehr laut, japaner klopfen die halbe nacht an die türe, empfang freundlich
