,Didn't like the noise in the pines bar maybe a one off but full with drunken men other bar really quiet nothing in-between

Was an pleasant place to stay, I would go there again. Plenty of things to do. The food was excellent and drinks. The staff there were excellent. Wish my stay was longer.

Massive confusion over my booking I was made to pay for breakfast which was included in my booking We were unable to access the hotel at night due to entrance being blocked off and we weren’t made aware by the staff We laid awake at night due to roadworks outside

Just what we wanted

Pros: Comfort, cracking breakfast. Also very easy location to get to with plenty of parking.
Cons: Limited supply and choice of hot drinks in the room. Hot chocolate and decaf tea would have been good.
Location: Golf obviously. Know the course to be excellent although dud not play on this visit.
Attended school reunion dinner dance with overnight stop. Probably coincidence but our room was no more than 50 yds from the venue. Food at the event was fine although the main course lacked flavour. Very comfortable spacious room.
