Stayed as a family of four in a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed. Extremely cramped room with absolutely no spare space. Definitely not great if your children are older. Basic no frills rooms (slightly disappointed at £199 per night) Advised upon check in to go for breakfast early as there were multiple hen & stag doos staying(!) breakfast was plentiful in choice but chaotic. Not enough staff on for what was obviously a busy time. On the plus the location was what we booked for and we were happy with this.

Good value, clean, smart hotel right next to Brighton station. Which in some ways is convenient, but also means a bit of a walk to the city centre, and areas around stations are often not the best at night

Great location, friendly staff. Good room facilities. Second time we have requested specific bedding at time of booking due to allergies and second time this was overlooked meaning our room needed servicing after we'd checked in to our room. Overall though, would stay again.
