The staff is really great, absolutely friendly and helpful, also the breakfast is superb as well as the location. That being said, it's a bit disappointing nonetheless as the room was really too small, no wardrobe, no bedside tables, the TV has only few bad channels, there's a small dink in the room and the toilet is far too small too. The lift has been out of order during my entire staying and the WiFi keeps disconnecting and you must enter your Facebook details to connect all the times and will also need to publicly check in on its Facebook page to get a ( poor) connection to the internet. It's a gay friendly hotel, and there's a bar on the ground floor, where you can meet some ( mostly mature) friendly people. Considering its pros and cons, I'd definitely try some other place to stay in Brighton, as I had found better value for money.
