I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We are very fortunate to have onsite parking, one of the very few hotels in Brighton to have this facility. Parking is priced competitively with other hotels in the city and is under constant review to ensure our rates are always in line with, or lower than local secure parking. Parking is only charged if your vehicle is in the car park overnight. If not there are no charges raised

Thanks for your review after your recent stay and I am pleased that you found breakfast OK and yes we have some new staff who are being trained.
There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. There's an onsite business centre. WiFi is free in public spaces. The business-friendly Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel also features multilingual staff, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and laundry facilities. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel was completed in May 2019. This 3.5-star Brighton hotel is smoke free.
