Wedding Weekend

Pros: It's location, helpful friendly staff, comfortable room and bed.
Cons: The breakfast coffee that came out of the machines and eternal music played during breakfast.
From the time we booked the hotel, through to leaving, the management and reception staff were consistently helpful. We needed to store a wedding cake in cool conditions which they arranged for us. Kevin, the Manager and Peter his assistant were outstanding in their care, courtesy, efficiency and helpfulness.

We had to pay an extra £15 a night for parking

It's a lovely hotel but surprised we had to pay £15 a night for parking there on top of the price of the hotel room. The room was beautiful and clean but the bed was terrible not because it was dirty but because you couldn't even roll over in bed without it making loud creaking and squeaking sounds. My partner and I were afraid to move at night in case we woke the other person up. Breakfast in the morning was perfect and we couldn't fault it.

Nice Hiral close to city centre

Pleasant hotel close to the city. Only issue was it was too hot in the room overnight and AC was on but not blowing cool air.

Decent enough hotel, located near to the station

Location: Good if arriving by train at Temple Meads, easy walking to most city centre places. Staff are helpful
All. OK, good value, decent breakfast. Convenient for railway station
