Return stay - very convenient for hospital and Cabots shopping. Room was very comfortable but shower only☹️. Room with a bath would have been £15 supplement?!! Sadly affected by thumping of music from nightclubs nearby (despite Windows being sealed units) until 2am. Haven't had this issue before but I will need to consider this on future visits. Breakfast is nice quality and variety, if a bit cold (bacon was stone cold) - hot chocolate is particularly delicious. Ice machines on each floor, though those on floor four and five were not working at time of my stay. International staff are without exception helpful and approachable. My issue with the air conditioning was immediately fixed when raised. Given it's central position I felt very safe - lift and stairs to floors needing room key to access. Hotel is very solidly built - no creaky floors or hearing footsteps from room above. Good quality and value for money hotel

city break visiting daughter

Stayed here before. Last time was better as had a city view. View this time was on other side of hotel and quite dreary.Room appeared spotlessly clean but there was dust on top of pictures and the glass shelves.Shower room spotless and bed linen and towels clean and fresh.

Perfect central retreat

Quick efficient check inn. Room clean, bed comfy, the one issue we reported was dealt with within 5 minutes, breakfast good, great selection of hot and cold and service in every case with a smile. One minor issue with exiting car park at the end of our stay when the ticket machine wouldn't accept our payed for and validated ticket, quickly sorted however. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant city break

As a single disabled traveller it is always a surprise as to if I get a room with the facilities I need and how staff treat me. Well the surprise was a great one. Everyone was very helpful and informative. They could not do enough to make my stay a happy and relaxing one. The only thing that was difficult was that the drop off point was in through a main car park and the disabled lift you rode into but had to come out at the side so difficulty turing the wheelchair 90 degrees. Food and staff in the restuarant was excellent. Would return again for another visit.

Perfect

Hotel doesn't look much from the outside but absolutely beautiful inside. All staff we're helpful and friendly. Rooms fininished to a very high standard. Highly recommended!!!

You won't be disappointed.

A very satisfactory stay in this hotel, no surprises and you get what you expect in a good way. Clean,comfortable and good value for money. Good location

An zentraler Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeien.

Pros: Zentrale Lage. Es war sauber und schön.
Cons: Den Föhn ins Badezimmer nehmen!
Location: Zentral in der Nähe eines grossen Einkaufszentrum. Und einer Einkaufsstrasse.
Sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberes Zimmer. Gutes Personal. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und übersichtlich.
