This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a great place and the prices remain reasonable! Our room was even nicer than the first time, and the staff were all lovely again. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean. Only thing worth mentioning is the tea mugs in the room had definitely not been cleaned from the last guests - it clearly had just been missed by the cleaning team, but thought it was worth mentioning here anyway. We arrived early and were allowed to check in and go to our room with no problem. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Bristol, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. :)

Very modern hotel and very clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent with veggie sausages and soy milk provided on request. The only issue I had is that the hotel says it is eco friendly but it puts individual plastic bottle toiletries in the bathroom. It would be better to have a larger refillable selection or provide none at all.

Beautiful new hotel in a good location. Super quick check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Room was bigger than we were expecting with a great bed. The breakfast was nice too although there was quite a lot of single-use plastic which was bit weird. We got a great price on the room, and so long as the prices don't go up we will definitely stay again next time we are in Bristol and would recommend to others.

New hotel, very clean. Encountered a number of issues on check in which took a while to sort out but the hotel did rectify most of them eventually.
