Hotel is in a great location, but we were not made aware on arrival that there was an event on the saturday night, which made the Hotel extremly busy and noisey for Guests. The bar had issues from around 3pm with it having no beer on draught and even ran out of Coca cola which is crazy for a Hotel of this size. There was only one lift working for our stay which caused issues especially when we were staying on the third floor. Overall experience for what we paid wasn't great.

It was central and did what it said in the tin. Disappointed we could only get soup or a margarita pizza for room service at 11pm. Could improve food available if saying they did room service. I would use again though

We arrived at reception to check in, to then be told to have a seat in the lounge, which we were there for at least 30 minutes, to then be told that there were no rooms for us, even though we had booked weeks before. We were then told that there were rooms at their sister hotel, which we then had to wait 15 minutes for a taxi to collect us and take us there. When we arrived we checked in and were given a free drink, which we accepted. After finishing our drinks, we headed to our room to find we had been given a twin room, on valentines night. So off we go back down to reception to ask why, and the helpful guy behind the desk told us that the hotel we were originally booked for, had rung them to ask for available rooms, to which they were told yes, but only twin rooms, the guy said yeah that’ll be fine... without even informing or asking us before being sent over to their sister hotel. Not a great experience at all, and the customer service we received was dreadful.
