Lovely stay in Bristol

Cons: Neither of us are overweight but en-suite in 504 was tiny and it was tricky getting around the door to close it!!!
Hotel in centre of Bristol with on-site parking and excellent service. Our only comment was the en-suite was a bit snug - it would be easier if the door opened outwards. However everything else was excellent and we appreciated the friendly reception staff.

Sunny weekend - and so we're the staff!

Charming staff throughout the hotel. So very very quiet inside but full of life outside. Great view. Comfy bed and e cellent facities. Restaurant lovely. Heartily recommend. Parking only £5 when would have been £60!!

Excellent location, city centre

Pros: The staff, the location, the service
Cons: Heating in our room worked, but it took its time!
Location: City centre
All very good, the staff, the car parking, the service in the restaurant were excellent. The aircon in our room on the 6th floor, took some time to produce heat, and our room was cool when we first entered.

Cancelled booking but still charged

This hotel is happy to preferentially offer rooms via ebookers which you can't book directly but walk away when something goes wrong. Their reservation staff are poorly trained.

Rooms are graded 2 from scale 1 to 10

I had to move my room 3 times but could sleep all night. 1st room had issue with sound between 2 rooms. Couldn't talk to my family as next room started using abusive language. 2nd room was so cold and there was no room temperature control 3rd room had noice air condition fitted next to the bed and also noise from outside road. Can't believe this kind of hotel exist and people stay there. Good this is staff has offered me complementary stay and promised to offer better room
