Room and bathroom were very good. Minor items that would not stop me returning were; a little traffic noise, limited choice of breakfast cereals, no fruit and shortage of wholemeal bread.

Very warm welcome from all the staff from arrival to departure. We were shown to our room which was very clean and well appointed , very comfy bed ,nice shower room, Tea and coffee in the room was very welcome. We ate in the bar the evening of out arrival which was excellent and service was very good. The breakfast in the morning again excellent with good choice ,the black pudding was great. My only niggle was not staying here before on our visits to Nailsea.

Comfortable bed. Lovely room. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Cooked Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order but there was no cold buffet; no fruit or fruit juice. Checking in and out wasn’t easy.
