Not as good as similar chains
Hotel rooms are clean. But unfortunately I had a room on the ground floor near the entrance, where I discovered that the sound proofing via the windows is poor, plenty of noise from new arrivals and cars. Also from customers not realising you check at the pub, so had to listen to bad tempered phone calls from new arrivals complaining they couldn’t get in the hotel. In addition not one member of staff asked me if my stay was OK. Breakfast is not brilliant either, was expecting buffet type hot food and was definitely not expecting do it yourself instant coffee.

Very easy check in. Friendly staff. Restaurant very handy and good choice of food.
