Clean and modern rooms if a little small. Had to moce rooms as air con was making a buzzing sound every half hour overnight.
I think it is good for £50 I paid for the night considering this is in London.
Good location to Kings Cross. Single glazed rotten windows that don’t fully shut. Milk in room was sour and damage to wall of property.
Great location for what we needed. However, it's a little rough around the edges. Stained towels, hair left down the toilet when we first arrived... attention to detail was a little lacking. Had breakfast the first morning but didn't bother again after that, plenty of good places to eat on the ...
We really liked that it was placed close to Victoria Station. Food was Really good and much to eat from. This breakfast was almost lunch for us also. Whenever we needed always was a possibility to get cafe latte, cafe from an automat in reception. The only TERRIBLE experience was the BED! Madress ...
Good hotel, nearby tube station Earls Court. The room is clean and the amenities are very good. The staff are friendly.
Customer service was poor and I wasn't given a lot of information or indication on arrival and finding my way around. What they have to offer is really good but other than given a room number its a case figuring everything out by yourself.

The hotel was lovely but we were offered a suite update which didn’t happen and the breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were off and tasted of fish. When we complained to a staff member they left the eggs out for other guests to eat
Easy to find, lovely location, well placed for local amenities. Regular train services run to the rear, but I didn't find this a problem. Obviously a boating area which seemed the focus of conversations overheard at the local pub (serving reasonable fayre till 10pm). 'Older' budget construction and ...
