Great location - Average service

The hotel is in a great location for exploring the city, the majority of attractions are no more than a 10-15 min walk with Grand Place literally around the corner so at the price the hotel is great. We were not told that the bed was a pull down bed with no instructions how to use it and to ensure it stayed fixed on the ground which was disappointing! But our major problem was the morning of checking out. Check out was at 11am which was fine, the cleaner first walked into our room at 9am and we had to tell her to leave, she then came back in at 10am & 10:30am each time without knocking. This was not acceptable considering checkout was at 11am. When I told the guy at the front desk when we checked out he just laughed at it!!!!

Great aparthotel, great location

we stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The aparthotel was exactly as its described, very clean, excellent location, everything you need in the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We found it very easy to get around, 5-10 min walk to Grand Place, we brought the Brussels card which we found really useful - we had the sightseeing option and we used the tour bus to get around. All in all we had a really good weekend and if we decide to visit Brussels again would definitely look at this hotel.

Sijainti erinomainen. Sisätilaan avautuvat ikkunat tekivät huoneista pimeitä, mutta myös meluttomia. Siivousta ei ollut 5 yön majoituksen aikana ollenkaan, siitä olisi pitänyt erikseen maksaa, roskat kiikutettiin itse joka krs. oleviin roskahuoneisiin. Lisämaksullinen pesukone ja kuivuri 2. kerroksessa.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Metro ja ostoskatu ihan vieressä. Huoneessa oli keittiö, josta plussaa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttavaista.

Hervorragendes Hotel im Stadtzentrum

Pros: - Lage - Komfort der Zimmer - Ausstattung der Zimmer - Freundliches Personal - Saubere und gepflegte Räumlichkeiten
Location: Sehr zentrale Lage, Grand Place in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants, Bars, Waffel- und Frittenbuden in der Nähe.
Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Apartment. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Ein U-Bahnhof ist direkt unter dem Gebäude, der Grand Place ist in max. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
