Chère hôte,Je vous remercie pour votre avis constructif.Je suis ravi de lire que le design et l'atmosphère chaleureuse de mon hôtel ont contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable. Toutes nos fenêtres sont équipées de double vitrage afin de minimiser le bruit extérieur. Néanmoins, pour un futur séjour, n'hésitez pas à demander une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure, qui pourrait s'avérer plus silencieuse.Il me fait également plaisir de savoir que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement central de l'établissement, permettant un accès facile depuis la gare et une promenade aisée vers le charmant quartier de la Grand Place.J'espère avoir le plaisir de vous revoir très prochainement.Bien à vous,Mr. Hubert

Sehr geehrter Adrian,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung.Es tut mir leid, dass Sie das Zimmer als extrem klein empfunden haben und die Straßengeräusche störend fanden. Unsere Fenster sind doppelt verglast, um den Lärm so gut wie möglich zu reduzieren. Es ist jedoch möglich, dass in einigen Fällen die Geräusche von draußen noch hörbar sind. Ich entschuldige mich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen dadurch entstanden sind.Besuchen Sie uns doch bald mal wieder, ich freue mich schon darauf.Alles Gute und beste Grüße
