Nice hotel not far from the grand place. However a bit outdated with tacky bed throws and pillows. The check in was rushed although no one was around. While in the room someone just knocked at 8am and tried to come in. Once realised we were inside they left. The only positive things are location and gym. Overall won’t stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Brussels. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was nicely presented. The daily refreshment of the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch.

Great Hotel

Pros: General ambience
Cons: To improve the more casual 'grab' a meal dining space.
Location: Great shopping and the best cafe in the park behind hotel
All you could wish for in a hotel, position, facilities and staff.

Room with a View

Could not praise The Hotel enough. Was visiting Brussels for a conference (which was also in The Hotel) and we are so delighted we chose to stay here too. Our room was on the 18th floor and the view was just amazing. The room and its amenities were fabulous, including the black-out electric blind. Brilliantly located too. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Got upgraded to a corner room which had fantastic views. Only down side was unable to get wifi in room, but we can all live without that! Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel, had a superb stay.

Get ready to read the realist, most truthful indepth review youve ever read

This hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever been to and the only thing that could have made it better would be if it had a swimming pool, and better food. Let me just tell you how sick this hotel is. The staff are so helpful, especially one dark skinned bald man (sorry i dont know his name) but he was amazing. Its got a jewellery shop IN THE reception area!! On every floor, as soon as you come out of the elevators, there are regular automatic air freshners that smell like the most amazing aftershave. I could have just sat there all day. The VIEW omg, the view was amazing, even from the lower floors, the windows are massive and you have remote for the blind that covers the window it is sick. The most important thing for me is the cleanliness, and I think you can always tell the cleanliness of a hotel by the toilets. Let me tell you, the toilets were sparkling clean. NO rot or dirt, girls you'll love it, its got a beauty mirror for you!! The hotel staff are sick too, they clean your room so well, they even folded my clothes for me and put my make up away. Even to the point were we had left money out by accident, and came back and it was all still there. A lot of people travel to Avenue Louise because its the designer road, let me tell you, we went there, there were about ten good shops. The road this hotel is on, is SICK! its a proper long road and every single shop is designer, youve got gucci and louis vuitton next door to the hotel, and it gets better as you walk up. youve got a metro stop right outside, to the point were you will be walking up the stairs to exit the metro, and you'll be able to see the sky, then the sign saying the hotel, and then Louis Vuitton underneath. Dont get me wrong, at the end of that road, there are bars, outdoor seating which is amazing in the night, nightclubs and loaaaaaaaads of food places, this is the perfect hotel. I am going to book another holiday and stay here, just so that I can bring the rest of my family to see the hotel. if i had longer to stay, i would have spent the majority of the time in the hotel. The only negative point, is that there is not much variety in the buffet breakfast for the price you pay (19euros a per person per day), I mean they dont even give you beans, let alone a hash brown! But you can allow for that, especially seen as every other aspect of the hotel makes you feel like a celebrity, I am really suprised that this hotel is not at least a 5*.

Short couples trip

Comfy modern hotel, I enjoyed the room very much as it was spacious. However the staff were not very 'smart' in communicating, its not the language barrier as I speak both Dutch and English. They just were't informative, I was having to ask them about this and that like what the deposit is for etc. If you don't ask, don't expect to be informed by them.
