Good location

my overall experience with this hotel was OK. Very good location, Grande Place about ten minutes walk through a shopping street. plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, train- bus station about 5-10 min walk. Unfortunately but maybe inevitably the hotel is on a busy road so you might hear some traffic noise in the background through the window. The window can't be open but given the circumstances it might not be such a big problem. (And it's single glassed!) The heating was a bit difficult to adjust, finding the right temperature was almost impossible so I ended up with a boiling hot room, which was OK for me. The hotel itself must have been built in the '70s or '80s and if you look, you can see it. They tried to cover it up and I wouldn't say it is a dated hotel but still you can find the old details... Internet is easy to access and a good speed too. There is a minibar in the room - I was joking. There is a fridge with one bottle of water in it. That's taking care of your calories. Breakfast. 27€! Really? And you get nothing special for it. The usual juices (orange wasn't the best), cured meats etc... And when I got there I was almost refused breakfast by the lady at the restaurant entrance, because my room was booked without it, in a rather unfriendly manner. when I explained I'm going to pay for it separately I was granted entry. Without a smile. At the reception everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great Base for Exploring the City

Wasn't too sure about booking this hotel as it seemed a bit far from the tourist areas but actually this was the perfect spot as it was much closer than it seems, very comfortable and quiet too

Lähistöltä löytyy tosiaan hyviä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja vain 200 metrin päässä hotelliamme voi rentoutua Brysselin kasvitieteellisessä puutarhassa. Todella mieltä lämmittävää, että olette saaneet hyvää palvelua ystävälliseltä henkilökunnaltamme. Välitän mukavan palautteenne eteenpäin henkilökunnallemme. Kiva juttu, että laadukas ja monipuolinen aamiaisemme maistui teille hyvin. Sijaitsee lähellä ydinkeskustaa, remontti hotelissa hieman häiritsevää. Mutta kokonaisuus kuitenkin korvaa tuon pienen häiriön. Saunaan kuikaaseen voisi pikku hiljaa tuoda kiviä ta muutta sen nimeksi bastu jolloin tärkeitä saunaan liittyviä asioita ei sekoiteta.
