Our hotel has a total of 6 elevators and indeed, we had one problem with one of them however,our Engineering Team has carefully taken care of this matter. Your comfort and security is the most important for us and we need to make sure we solve any technical issues as its best. The magnetic key of your rooms can sometimes get demagnetized if it remains too much close for example to your phonephone.
