Good breakfast, room very damp

Pros: dinner & breakfast
Cons: The room was damp should not have been let out
Food was very good but room very disappointing,clean but very damp and a massive hole in the net curtain. Reception area was scruffy and receptionist apppeared to be helping in the dining room did not create a professional impression
