Great hotel with lovely staff

I booked a room with a terrace however on arrival I was given a standard room. The staff immediately apologied and within 10 mins I had a new room with a large balcony. Very happy with facilities and how clean the room was. I didn't use the spa so can't comment. But overall a good stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

good package

the location proved to be excellent, in the middle of Budapest life yet not on a main traffic artery. My roo was not the best, it was located next to a very noisy air vent but by and large the sound insulation was better than most hotel's. Bed excellent, bathroom OK. Breakfast was not included in my deal and the extra charge was exorbitant, hence refused it. Wi-Fi good and underground parking is available.

Very good

Perfect for business trip. Excellent WI-FI quality for a free network. Nice and quiet. Spacious standard room with great working place.

Die Unterkunft ist im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis inkl. zentraler Lage sehr empfehlenswert. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es aus meiner Sicht für das Bett. Die klassische Variante eines Boxspring Bettes sind nicht für alle Gäste ideal. Ich habe die Federn beim Liegen gespürt. Die Kissen waren nicht weich genug. Ich hatte zum Glück mein eigenes Kissen mit, kann ich jedem empfehlen, das eigene Kissen mitzunehmen.
